About Casiny Casino

Who We Are

Casiny Casino is operated by Neptune Projects S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, with payment processing handled through our agent Sultucia Ltd in Cyprus. We hold an e-gaming licence issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, which allows us to offer our services responsibly to players across our target markets. We built Casiny Casino with Australian and New Zealand players in mind, which is why our site speaks your language - right down to calling our slots 'pokies' and running categories like Haunted Pokies just for you.

We know that trust is earned, not given, so we've designed every part of our platform - from our licensing to our verification process - to keep your experience safe and transparent. Here at Casiny, we believe that a great casino isn't just about flashy graphics; it's about reliability, fairness and genuinely caring about the people who play with us.

Our Game Selection

Our Casiny library holds almost 6,000 titles, and we're constantly adding more. Whether you're after classic reels, modern Megaways-style pokies, or something with a bit of theatre to it, you'll find it in our catalogue. We've partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Pragmatic Play, Playson, Booongo, Octoplay, Wazdan, BGaming, Betsoft, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Playtech, Play'n GO, PG Soft and many more - plus our very own in-house studio, Casiny Ionix.

• Pokies - including our signature Haunted Pokies, Hot Right Now, New Games, Most Popular, Stevo's Picks and Drops & Wins categories
• Live Casino - Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and Live Baccarat powered by Evolution and Playtech
• Table Games - a full spread of classic casino favourites
• Video Poker and RNG Roulette
• Crash and Instant Games - Plinko, Dice, Hi-Lo and Mines for quick-fire fun

At Casiny Casino, pokies are our heart and soul, and we make sure they contribute 100% towards your bonus wagering. Our live tables bring the real casino floor straight to your screen, with professional dealers running the games in real time. We've made sure our Casiny platform works smoothly on desktop and mobile web, so you can jump into a few spins whenever it suits you.

Our Welcome Package

We love rewarding new players, which is why Casiny Casino offers a three-part Casiny bonus package spread across your first three deposits. We think staggering it this way gives you more value over a longer stretch of play, rather than one single bonus that disappears quickly.

We keep our minimum deposit low, starting at 20 AUD or 30 NZD per bonus, and our free spin winnings are wager-free - we only ask you to wager the bonus funds 40 times before withdrawal. Every Friday, we also run our Weekly Free Spins promotion: make a qualifying deposit of 30 AUD/NZD or more in the previous seven days, and we'll credit you with 50 free spins. Join our Telegram channel and we'll throw in another 50 spins just for signing up.

Our referral program lets you earn 30 cash for every friend you bring to Casiny, up to five friends, while your friend receives 5 cash just for joining us. We've kept the terms simple because we want you spending time playing, not reading fine print.

Our Loyalty and VIP Program

We reward every wager you place at Casiny Casino with loyalty points, automatically credited across any game you play. These points unlock our 10-level loyalty ladder, bringing you free spins, cashback and cash rewards as you climb. Beyond that, our VIP Program tracks your lifetime wagering and moves you through tiers from Starter all the way to Level 10, where our most dedicated players enjoy up to 750 free spins, 25% cashback and a 12,500 cash reward.

We designed our VIP structure to grow with you - the more you play with us, the more generous our rewards become, including higher bonus bet caps and eventually unlimited bonus betting at our top levels. Instant cash rewards land straight in your rewards tab, ready for you to claim whenever you like.

Banking With Us

We accept Visa and Mastercard for deposits, and we process withdrawals with a minimum of 10 EUR or the currency equivalent per transaction. We don't set per-transaction, daily or weekly withdrawal caps - instead, we work on monthly limits, which rise to 5,000 EUR when your account balance reaches at least 10 times your total deposits, or 10,000 EUR otherwise. If you've wagered your deposit at least once, we won't charge a withdrawal fee; otherwise we apply an 8% fee with a 4 EUR minimum. We also apply a 50 EUR administration fee on chargebacks or payment reversals, and some payment systems may add their own currency exchange fees.

Verification at Casiny

Before your first withdrawal, we'll ask you to verify your account. We typically request:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID card)
• Proof of address no older than six months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence)
• Payment method details relevant to your deposit or withdrawal

If we need more, we may ask for a second ID, a photo of you holding your ID, a biometric face check, or a short verification call. Our review process takes up to three business days, and we'll send you a confirmation email once your account is fully activated. We can't accept documents that are illegible, damaged, missing corners, in black and white, or that don't match your registered name and address.
